Deep refurbishment of an existing dwelling with new rear extensions, converting the overall house into an A rated contemporary accommodation suitable for modern day living, whilst also preserving the original style and character of the house. Original features such as brickwork, timber work, plaster cornices, fireplaces and staircases were protected, maintained and restored.
