Gutting out and taking the original house back to a shell, upgrading of all external elements to include floors, walls, roof’s and window replacements, and taking this opportunity to revise the interior layout including the relocating of the staircase. This resulted in a modern accommodation to include open plan layouts and an energy efficient family home.
