The conversion of a two storey commercial building in the hearth of Dun Laoghaire, on a tricky corner site into a three storey family home with roof top terrace. This involved the complete stripping out of the existing structure, supporting the existing external walls and re-building this from the inside out to make it workable for a family unit, with bedrooms at the lower level and living accommodation at the high levels, to include a roof top terrace.
